New liposuction procedures

A number of new liposuction procedures have been introduced into the market and I foresee many more being introduced. This is a blog to cover the latest information, news and pictures about these new techniques. Currently, the top three new liposuction procedures are vaser liposuction, laser liposuction and zerona liposuction. For this first post, I will cover the topic of zerona liposuction.

Zerona laser or laser treatment is non surgical liposuction method. It doesn't need any physical insertion of any kind. How it works is fairly straight forward to understand. It uses a new patented technology to melt the fats beneath your skin using laser. Once that is done, the fats will be removed by sucking them through your skin. There are no cuts or surgery of any kind.

This procedure is not a one time procedure. On average, a patient needs to take about four or five session to complete the entire procedure. Each session in turn needs about 40 minutes. All together, the entire procedure can be completed with one or two, depending on your schedule.

There are a number of benefits using zerona liposuction. First, the lack of any physical operation means less pain for the patient. With traditional liposuction, patients have to endure through a uncomfortable recovery pain, especially during the initial three to five days after the operation. Moreover, they have to wear a special clothing that is not the most comfortable thing in the word to wear.

Related to this benefit is the short recovery period. Traditional liposuction takes about two to three weeks to recover. Zerona laser treatment laser on the other hand does not need any recovery period at all. Patients can return home immediately after each session. Besides the timing, there is no constraint on the kind of physical activities. You can do sports, swimming etc. With traditional liposuction, you really have to be in bed for the recovery period.

Another benefit is no having to worry about liposuction scars. Since there is no wounds or openings of any sorts, there is zero possibility of getting post operation scars on your body. Traditional liposuction on the other hand, has a real possibility of leaving scars. You need a skilled and experienced surgeon to avoid leaving any scars at all. I am sure you have read a lot of reports in the news about how celebrities doing liposuction left horrible scars that got photographed.
